The Optenet PC Parental Control website (www.optenetpc.com) was launched in February to provide concerned Internet users worldwide with an effective an easy-to-use solution to protect against the abundance of inappropriate content available on the Internet today. Optenet PC has been a leading web filter in Europe for 10 years and until the launch of www.optenetpc.com, users outside of Europe were not highly aware of the product. Today, Optenet PC receives many more downloads than other Internet safety products from sites such as Cnet's Download.com and other download portals. The site is building traffic at a rapid rate as more and more customers are finding their way to it via Search Engines, online advertising and partners.

Optenet PC website management decided to launch the site in Spanish and French for several reasons. The Parental Control software is available in 7 languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, German and Italian. "Most of our Parental Control software competitors, such as Netnanny (NNSWF.PK), Cyberpatrol (JSBR) and Cybersitter, are, to our knowledge, not providing their parental control solutions in languages other than English. The website provides its content in English, Spanish and French and the Parental Control software itself provides users with a choice, during installation, from seven interface languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, German and Italian.
