The new 'Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006' came into force on November 13th. Seen as an authority on the new legislation, Blues Consultants Ltd specifically designed their website to provide clear information on the services they can deliver whilst clients implement the new regulations.

The new rules replace three existing sets of Asbestos legislation and will introduce a lower single control limit of fibres per cm³ of air, for work with all types of asbestos.
