Addison, IL (PRWeb) November 30, 2006 -- Thatcher Technology Group is pleased to announce Prowess™ 3.0, the latest version of the Prowess™ Software Solutions Suite, a powerful, scalable genealogy, compensation and incentive management system for direct and multi-level sales organizations. Prowess 3.0 adds the ability to work with an Oracle Database (Oracle 10g) as well as provides additional features to savings clubs, content service and budgeting/performance targets. Additionally, significant enhancements have been made to Prowess Incentives, Business Insights, Personal websites and Business Barometer modules, providing even greater depth and robustness.

The addition of Oracle 10g as a supported database platform enables Prowess to run on the two leading database platforms allowing customers to utilize their environment or business platform.

The enhancements to Business Insights brings OLAP interactive reporting and data analysis features to the Prowess Suite, enabling users to interact with data: slice and dice, drill down and roll up, pivot with sub-second response times and without additional servers or license fees.

The Prowess 3.0 Business Barometer portal provides executives the ability to analyze trends in key performance indicators as well as measure performance against targets. The key to the Prowess Business Barometer portal is its intuitive user interface and the ability to focus on the business.

Prowess 3.0 Personal Websites has been expanded to seamlessly incorporate all of the functionality within the Prowess Suite core. Personal Websites was built to support webfarm size deployments, and this has been further enhanced by the creation of the content service. Prowess content service allows content to be centrally located and access from the webfarm thus reducing administration overhead and cost.

The new Savings Club feature of Prowess 3.0 allows consultants to set aside dollars or points earned to use against either a purchase or event registration. For example, a consultant may ask that $5 be withheld from every commission check as a bank of dollars to use for payment of Annual Meeting Registration fees. Savings Club is a way for the sales force to earn or save for something above and beyond their regular commissions.
