Launching his second New Year's season, the noo guy (SM) is out to discover the best New Year's events for all ages in the big cities.

Events are held at a wide range of venues from hot nightclubs and rooftop parties to ballrooms and cruises. As of December 11th, 2006, New Year's in New York options include a $40,000 fully catered party at the Time Hotel's 3-level penthouse and Glass Pavillion terrace, VIP parties at nightclubs such as Pink Elephant and Room Service, and romantic and festive cruises aboard Bateaux and Spirit cruises.
