Lean Innovation Certification Workshop Concludes in Orlando

The Institute for Lean Innovation, home of the Innovation CUBE, announced the successful conclusion of the Lean Innovation Certification Workshop at the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport.

Mackinac Island, MI (PRWeb) December 7, 2006 -- The Institute for Lean Innovation, home of the Innovation CUBE, announced the successful conclusion of the Lean Innovation Certification Workshop at the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport.

The two-day workshop trained Innovation Champions in the Innovation CUBE methodology, workshop facilitation and leadership practices. Participants are provided a step-by-step facilitator guide to help begin using the Innovation Cube methodology successfully throughout their organization. Attendees of the Workshop represented such companies as Merck, Rockwell Collins, DaimlerChrysler, Engineered Arresting Systems Corporation as well as the State of Iowa.

The Institute for Lean Innovation assists corporations such as General Dynamics, Raytheon, Masco, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson and others with integrating the Innovation CUBE methodology into on-going Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement initiatives. The Innovation CUBE provides organizations with a systematic innovation process without disturbing existing tools.
