Trump Vs. Rosie - In the Ring, or at the Poker Table? Superiorbook's $100,000 Challenge

www.Superiorbook.com a Curacao based online sportsbook, poker room and online casino is offering a challenge to" the Donald" Trump and "Rosie O" as well as several unique wagering options.

Curacao, Netherland Antilles (PRWeb) December 23, 2006 -- Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell are engaged in a brouhaha, and SuperiorBook.com is interested in seeing this celebrity deathmatch played out to benefit the winner's charity of choice.

Toward that end, SuperiorBook.com is set to offer a boatload of cash to settle it in the ring - or at a poker table.

SuperiorBook.com (http://www.superiorbook.com) is pledging $100,000 to the winner's charity to don (pardon the pun) 16-ounce gloves and battle it out over three 2-minute rounds. Oddsmaker Charles Jay made Trump as a 9-to-2 (-450) favorite over O'Donnell (priced at +350).

Said Jay, "I'm thinking that Trump carries quite a height advantage and was a very good athlete in his day, but I wouldn't underestimate Rosie. She's scrappy, packs some weight and has youth on her side."

Should the two sides prefer to settle things in a more civil manner, SuperiorPoker.com, will offer $25,000 to the victor's charity for the two to square off in a heads-up game of Texas Hold'em at one of SuperiorPoker.com's private tables, a neutral site. If they agree to physically play in the same room, SuperiorPoker.com will kick in an additional $25,000 to the winner's charity.

In poker, Jay makes Rosie a -200 (or 1-to-2) favorite, with Trump priced at +160 (8-to-5). "Trump owns casinos, and is, in effect, in the poker business. But Rosie might be better at bluffing because she is an actress - of sorts."

As most people are aware, the Trump-O'Donnell flare-up took place over Trump's actions regarding Miss USA Tara Conner, who has entered a drug and alcohol rehabilitation program rather than be stripped of her crown. Upon this decision, O'Donnell, on her television show, "The View," criticized Trump for his lack of a "moral compass," citing two failed marriages and alleged extramarital affairs. She also alleged that Trump had declared bankruptcy, among other things. Trump fired back, implying that O'Donnell's homosexuality, which is publicly-known, played a part in her response, and proceeded to call O'Donnell a "loser" and an "animal."

SuperiorBook.com is posting a series of related proposition bets on the Trump-O'Donnell confrontation.

* Will Donald Trump sue Rosie O'Donnell? Yes -350, No +250

* Trump beats O'Donnell in the case -- 3/1

* Rosie fired from "The View" before January 1, 2008" -- 2/1

* Trump appears on "The View" before February 1, 2007 -- 7/5 (+140)
