Record-Setting Coverage Fuels Successful Month for Internet Broadcasting

Internet Broadcasting, the nation's largest publisher of local news online, announced today that more than 13.28 million unique visitors tuned into the company's network of websites during the month of November. According to data released recently by Nielsen/NetRatings, Internet Broadcasting's number of unique visitors in November jumped nearly 20 percent from October.

According to data released recently by Nielsen/NetRatings, Internet Broadcasting's number of unique visitors in November jumped nearly 20 percent from October.

In addition, the Nielsen/NetRatings data also indicated that Internet Broadcasting moved up 16 places -- to 54 -- in overall U.S. web brand ranking. Internet Broadcasting's one-month increase in viewers was the second highest, and was one of only four double-digit increases among the top 20 U.S. online news brands.

Propelled by its in-depth coverage of many key races and real-time results for more than 64,000 races nationwide during the November general election, Internet Broadcasting set all-time, single-day traffic records for page views (24.8MM), "Politics" page views (4.8MM) and unique visitors (3.5MM).
