Edward Saroney III Joins Board of Directors of CNY Chapter of Arthritis Foundation

SYRACUSE, N.Y., November 5, 2002 - Edward F. Saroney III, CPA/ABV, CVA was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Central New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

SYRACUSE, N.Y., November 5, 2002 - Edward F. Saroney III, CPA/ABV, CVA was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Central New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

    The Central New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation is a nonprofit organization that works to improve the quality of life for people with arthritis in a sixteen county area. The organization also supports research into the cause, treatment and prevention of arthritis.

    Saroney, a principal with Fagliarone Group CPAs, P.C., specializes in business valuations and business forecasts/projections. He prepares valuations for the purposes of buy-sell agreements, mergers/acquisitions, matrimonial, pre/post estate work, litigation and gift giving. He prepares extensive forecasts and projections for budgeting and business acquisition financing. He has practiced in the field of individual, corporate and partnership taxation for over thirty years. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University and resides in Camillus, NY.
