MD-IT Expands to Minneapolis/St. Paul with Acquisition

MD-IT, a provider of medical transcription services and software to physician offices and ambulatory clinics, announced today that it has acquired S.O.A.P Medical Transcription, a transcription company in the Twin Cities area.

The company's owner received a combination of cash and stock in the transaction and will continue with MD-IT as managing director of the Minneapolis/St. Paul office.
