Former MBNA/Bank of America Payroll Department Manager Joins Wise Consulting Associates, Inc.

Prior to joining Wise Consulting, Ms. Wham was Department Manager/Payroll for MBNA (Bank of America) in Wilmington, Delaware. In this role, Wham was responsible for a payroll of over $1.5 billion that covered in excess of 22,000 employees. In an organization as dynamic as MBNA, this role was key for successfully implementing strategic compensation and policy initiatives. Ms. Wham was with MBNA for over 12 years.
