Key West Inns Inc. Announces the First Conversion Hotel

Birmingham, Alabama, chain attracts two new hotels to their chain with their popular brand and low fee structure. Look for a new conversion hotel in Southhaven, Mississippi, in February 2007 and a newly constructed Key West Inn & Suites in Rome, Georgia, by late summer 2007.

Birmingham, Alabama (PRWeb) January 31, 2007 -- Key West Inns Inc. ( http://www.keywestinn.net) is happy to announce a conversion hotel to the Key West Inn system starting in February, 2007. The hotel is located in Southaven, Mississippi, and is a 47-room interior corridor hotel. The owner, Mr. Vijay Patel, states that he is excited to be a part of the Key West Inn world of hotels. "I liked the Key West Inn name the first time I heard it. I am also very pleased with the new royalty fee structure they rolled out earlier this year."

Key West Inns, started with one hotel in 1989; today there are many locations across the southeastern United States. Beginning in January 2007, Key West Inns restructured their royalty program to $16 per room per day for the first 50 rooms. Room beyond that will range from $14 to $12 per month. The license agreement has been modified to include an annual renewal, so licensee has the opportunity to leave the system with no liquidated damages.

Along with the conversion hotel in Mississippi, Key West Inns is also pleased to announce the construction of a new Key West Inn & Suites in Rome, Georgia. This hotel is planned to open in late summer 2007 and will be an interior corridor hotel with 43 rooms.
