California Real Estate Brokers Organization Announce Inaugural Officers and Board Members

Northern California (PRWeb) February 7, 2007 -- California Real Estate Brokers, Inc., a mutual benefit corporation (C.R.E.B.) formed in December 2006 is pleased to announce the organization's inaugural Officers and Board of Directors.

With twenty new board members representing High Volume Brokers and Broker Members in California, C.R.E.B. is positioned to boost the participation of the real estate brokerage community in MetroList®, the official Multiple Listing Service in the Northern California Central Valley serving El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Yolo and portions of Merced counties.

"In developing C.R.E.B., the brokers were committed to creating a governance model that would reflect the varying sizes and scope of all real estate brokerage companies," said Jan Sherman, newly elected president of C.R.E.B. and a representative from the small brokerage firms. "As a result, the board of directors is equally represented by ten large and ten small brokers."
