(PRWeb) February 2, 2007 -- Chatterbean.com reports that most "How Romantic Are You?" personality quiz respondents believe that love at first sight can happen more than once in a lifetime (http://www.chatterbean.com/romantic). Chatterbean.com -- a response-driven Web site and authority on pop culture trends -- offers fun personality and relationship quizzes.

Sixty percent of "How Romantic Are You?" respondents agreed with the statement, "You've fallen in love at first sight at least twice" (http://www.chatterbean.com/romantic). These statistics support the findings of Dr. Earl Naumann, author of "Love at First Sight," who interviewed a cross-section of 1,500 Americans and found that nearly two-thirds believed in love at first sight. What's more, of the believers who have actually experienced love at first sight, 55 percent married the person they fell in love with and 75 percent of those couples have remained married.

In line with the Chatterbean.com and Dr. Naumann's findings, many celebrities believe in love at first sight. Although George Clooney remains a bachelor after romantic relationships with Hollywood stars like Renee Zellwegger and Julia Roberts, a number of celebrity blog sites attribute this quote to Clooney, "It happened to my parents. My father was emcee of the Miss Kentucky pageant, and my mom was in it. He asked her on a date and asked her to marry him immediately. They're still together so I know love at first sight can work."

But not all in Hollywood have experienced love at first sight in their romantic relationships. Jesse Metcalfe of "Desperate Housewives" fame explains in an interview on DarkHorizons.com, "I believe in lust at first sight…I don't know if I believe in love at first sight. I think you can feel strongly about someone after a first meeting, but if that evolves into love it's kind of coincidental."

Chatterbean.com (http://www.Chatterbean.com) attracts thousands of users every day to response-driven Web sites that cover trends in parenting style, personal growth, fashion, food, music, home ownership, education, and more.
