Quit Smoking by Watching TV: New Hypnosis Quit Smoking Video Technology Declared 'An Excellent Product' by Expert

Quit Smoking Video hypnosis technology is "an excellent product," according to personal development reviewer Michael McGrath. Based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming principals, the technology was granted a US Patent.

Margate, FL (PRWeb) February 6, 2007 -- Andersonstown, Belfast UK's Personal development reviewer Michael McGrath says the new Neuro-VISION quit smoking hypnosis DVD is "An Excellent Product." McGrath tests personal development products and posts the reviews on his website, Personal-Development.info. He posted a "Recommended!" rating on the program.

Recently three of McGrath's independent reviewers tested Neuro-VISION's video quit smoking hypnosis program.

All of the reviewers had tried to quit before, but returned to the habit when they were under stress or in situations where cigarettes had been an important part of the process (an example would be when they were socializing while consuming alcohol, coffee, after eating etc.).

They all quit smoking after watching the video, which is designed to reprogram the unconscious mind to eliminate stress, cravings and withdrawal. They all reported that the "flash away images" used in the video had a profound positive effect on the thoughts and feelings they had about cigarettes. Most importantly, it had an amazing effect on them when they were in situations where, in the past, they would have found it extremely difficult to avoid smoking.

The Neuro-VISION images are actually based in the science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. They are designed to setup new stimulus-response patterns at the unconscious level of mind.

They turn things around in your mind so that thoughts and mental images that trigger stress, trigger secondary thoughts and mental images that trigger relaxation instead.

The same NLP techniques are used to reprogram the unconscious to erase the visual associations that a smoker develops between cigarettes and the activities and environments that the smoker has associated them with. For example, if a smoker has associated a cigarette with a cup of coffee, he gets a craving for a smoke when he sees a cup of coffee. Viewing the Neuro-VISION video reprograms the mind to disassociate the unconscious image of a cigarette from a cup of coffee. The end result is the loss of the urge to smoke.

McGrath's conclusion: "Stop Smoking Hypnosis by Neuro-VISION, is a great way to retrain your mind so you think less like a smoker and more like a non-smoker. The program will not force you to stop smoking but it will make the experience of quitting much, much easier! The results we obtained were excellent."
