Phil Graham, Jeff Lemmon, and Steve Sheffield will each take expanded roles at the company. Each will serve on the company's executive management committee.

Eric Johnson has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Phil Graham, Jeff Lemmon, and Steve Sheffield will each take expanded roles at the company. Each will serve on the company's executive management committee.

As CFO, Eric Johnson will be responsible for all WingateWeb financial activities, including accounting and administrative functions, corporate planning, tax, treasury operations, and risk management. Prior to WingateWeb, Eric served as Director of Finance for Omniture, Inc. reporting directly to the CEO. During Eric's tenure at Omniture, company revenues increased from $3 million to over $50 million annually. Prior to Omniture, Eric worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche in Silicon Valley.

Phil Graham will serve as Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Phil will oversee the strategic development of WingateWeb's channel partner recruitment and training, certification program and channel partner sales. With the relationships that Phil has built, WingateWeb now partners with outstanding event services companies to provide best of breed solutions to clients. Phil has helped event management specialists to add advanced WingateWeb technology to their offerings. As a result, customers have realized efficiency gains and higher audience satisfaction.

Jeff Lemmon will serve as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Jeff will lead the direct sales efforts at WingateWeb and manage the field sales organization. In 2006, Jeff was responsible for bringing several new Fortune 500 clients to WingateWeb. Jeff possesses a deep understanding of the strategic role of technology in business. He has a special ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences. Prior to WingateWeb, Jeff worked as a Technical Marketing Engineer for Cisco Systems.

Steve Sheffield will serve as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Steve is responsible for marketing all software and services offerings at WingateWeb. Steve oversees advertising, public relations, internet marketing, events, and marketing communications. Steve's marketing work has resulted in increased presence for WingateWeb in the industry and in the media. As a result, WingateWeb has become recognized as the leader in event technology. In 2007, Steve will be responsible for marketing the new WingateWeb EventLink attendee interaction tools and analytics offerings.
