PaperPro® Introduces One-Finger Hole Punching

PaperPro introduces a completely new type of 3-hole punch called the ProPunch™. The ProPunch™ requires half the the effort of standard three hole punches - making it possible to punch holes through up to 12 sheets of paper with just one finger.

Newtown PA (PRWeb) February 8, 2007 -- Accentra Inc., the company that developed the staple-gun powered PaperPro® desktop stapler has introduced a new low-effort three-hole punch called the ProPunch™. Like the PaperPro® stapler, the ProPunch™ is a completely re-engineered approach to an industry standard. It features an ingenious system of internal cams and levers that requires half the the effort of standard three hole punches - making it possible to punch holes through up to 12 sheets of paper with just one finger.

The ProPunch™ is reconfigured so that the paper is loaded vertically rather than horizontally - an ergonomic innovation that provides better paper alignment, uses less desktop space, and enables a user to easily punch holes while seated. And, because the punching dies are directly connected to the activating lever, the ProPunch™ is even jam-free.

Company Founder and CEO Todd Moses says, "we took a fresh look at every aspect of hole punching. The result is a radical departure from previous designs. The ProPunch™ is much easier to use, delivers better results and preserves desktop space."

The ProPunch™ joins PaperPro's® line of innovative desktop staplers. PaperPro® staplers incorporate a staple gun style mechanism to enable stapling of up to twenty sheets of paper with just one finger.

PaperPro® and ProPunch™ are trademarks of Accentra Inc., a privately held company located in Newtown Pennsylvania. The company's website is PaperPro.com (http://PaperPro.com)
