Notable Solutions Announces Laserfiche/AutoStore® 4.6 Integration

NSi announces integration with the Laserfiche family of Document Management & Records Management Platforms

Rockville, MD (PRWeb) February 15, 2007 -- Notable Solutions, Inc.™ (NSi), the leading provider of distributed content capture solutions, and Laserfiche®, a provider of premier document management solutions, announced today the Laserfiche/AutoStore® 4.6 integration. The new integration facilitates effective collaboration and document sharing by utilizing network-attached copiers or scanners to add paper documents into electronic business processes.

"By working closely with the Laserfiche development team, we were able to develop and release a fully integrated connector for our award winning AutoStore platform," says Ali Tehranchi, President and CEO of NSi. "This integration will enable our customers and our hardware partners to easily connect paper and electronic documents to their Laserfiche document management system."

The combined solution increases productivity, reduces processing time and ensures security and compliance by integrating AutoStore 4.6 document and content scanning and distribution with Laserfiche document management software, therefore making it easy to add, index, and route paper documents directly to a folder within the Laserfiche repository.

The filing process has been simplified by providing means to rapidly search, retrieve, and share all documents contained within the system. AutoStore 4.6 enables any office worker to easily scan hardcopy documents directly into the electronic workflows and business processes using their digital copiers or scanners, and easily store these documents within Laserfiche repositories for easy storage and retrieval.

"We've been delighted to work with the NSi team as they have developed this best-of-breed solution with Laserfiche software," said Brian LaPointe, Director of Strategic Solutions at Laserfiche. "The Laserfiche AutoStore 4.6 integration takes advantage of the full potential of Laserfiche, truly setting it apart from similar product integrations in the industry."

The integration between AutoStore 4.6 and Laserfiche offers the flexibility to capture and process documents from diverse sources, along with the security features that ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information.

AutoStore's native application programming interfaces (APIs) and intuitive workflow interface make set-up and administration simple and fast, therefore keeping the demand on IT resources to a minimum. User experience is just as fast and easy with a few simple steps.

The Laserfiche AutoStore 4.6 integration is developed and owned by NSi and is on all AutoStore brands supporting devices such as HP, Kyocera, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Sharp and other digital copiers as well as PC based document scanners.
