Dependable Bulk Bag Filling at a Reduced Cost From Hapman

Hapman releases new NT Series Bulk Bag Filler which helps reduce cost.

Kalamazoo, MI (PRWeb) March 1, 2007 -- Hapman's new NT Series Bulk Bag Filler offers the performance of the other bulk bag (FIBC) fillers -- at about half the cost and comes with a full line of process enchasing options. The NT Series C-frame construction design allows unrestricted access during the bulk bag hanging and removal process. The motorized screw lift allows the fill head assembly to be continuously adjusted for bag filling and different size bags. Properly filled, consistently shaped FIBC bags, can be assured with Hapman's optional venturi style bag pre-inflator / de-aerator. This system removes the folds and wrinkles before the filling process begins. A pneumatic densification system can also be added, to further enhance product settling and bag shaping. In addition, the heavy-duty forklift pocket/base allows the frame to be easily moved from site to site or firmly secured to the floor. Optional base mounted load cells and a programmable batch controller can be added to create a batch filling system. This filler can be fed by interfacing it with other processing equipment or any of Hapman's three conveyor choices (Helix℠ Flexible Screw, Tubular Drag or Pneumatic Vacuum). Hapman's innovative ideas insure stable, easy to handle FIBC's every time. Dependable equipment at a great price. Why pay more?

For 50 years Hapman has been designing and manufacturing powder and bulk material handling conveyors and equipment in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
