Inner Strength, Inc. Offers ‘Return to Spring’ Rejuvenation Seminar

Upcoming workshop provides a “spring cleanse” for the body.

Leechburg, PA (PRWEB) February 21, 2007 -- Spring is a time of growth and regeneration in nature. An upcoming seminar, “Return to Spring,” is a half-day workshop that offers a profound way to energize the body after illness, periods of lethargy, colds and flus, or what it was originally designed for – to promote blood flow after a long, cold winter. The class can be considered a spring cleanse for the body.

The seminar, available by registration at www.inner-strength.org, works by uniquely teaching participants to manipulate their own lymphatic systems to pull and push pathogens out of the body so it can begin to heal itself from the inside out. This seminar is a perfect complimentary program for breast and prostate cancer treatments.

The “Return to Spring” class is taught by Dr. Ted Cibik, ND, DMQ (Doctor of Medical QiGong), one of the few people in the United States to have the title Zhong Yi (Chinese physician). He is the author of the book “Air Passages: Surviving Asthma Naturally.”

Dr. Cibik uses an ancient art called Bagua, which involves steps in circles, clockwise and counterclockwise, while performing arm and waist movement in a very slow, controlled, gentle, stretching fashion.

“Once learned, this group of exercises requires only 20 minutes per day to reenergize your body and bring it back to a youthful radiant balance,” Dr. Cibik says. “Additionally, a unique diet guideline for cleansing the body is given along with specific Chinese herbs to enhance the body’s detoxification.”

Class size is limited – pre-register early. Tuition is $99. For more information about “Return to Spring” or other seminars, or to sign up for the class, please visit www.inner-strength.org.
