
Jodi A. Schwendimann Announces Settlement Ending Legal Dispute With Océ Imaging, Inc. Jodi A. Schwendimann and Océ Imaging Inc have reached an agreement relating to transferring images onto colored bases. The agreement was reached through a settlement in a lawsuit that has been pending for more than two years. Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) February 20, 2011 Schwendimann announced a settlement ending a legal dispute with Océ Imaging Inc. concerning t-shirt transfer technology for dark colored fabrics. Under the agreement, Océ agreed to pay Schwendimann a 6% royalty based, in part, on past sales of allegedly infringing products. After more than two years of litigation, the United States Patent and Trademark Office has reissued the US Patent No. 6,884,311 B1 as U.S. Patent No. RE41,623 and has also issued to Schwendimann U.S. patent Nos. 7,749,581; 7,754,042; 7,766,475; 7,771,554 and 7,824,748 relating to transferring images onto colored bases.
