Mattamy Homes Inc., a leading homebuilder in the Carolinas, has purchased 83 premium homesites at Millbridge, a master planned-community in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The community is being developed by, GS Companies, a privately held real estate development and management firm that specializes in residential and mixed use projects in the southeastern United States.
