Ticket sales just began for the chance to win this Custom Home or $500,000 cash. The home is located in Santa Maria (within the county of Santa Barbara), and is valued at approximately $650,000. It features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-car garage, approximately 1,950 square feet, with a contemporary open floor plan, RV parking, and a large soak tub in the master bathroom, including an array of attractive amenities.

Tickets are on sale for $150 each and are available by visiting http://www.DreamHomeRaffle.org. To be eligible for the Early Bird Drawing of cash prizes totaling $28,000, purchase tickets by April 23, 2007.

1st Prize: $5,000

2nd Prizes: five (5) prizes of: $1,000,

3rd Prizes: thirty (30) prizes of: $500 each
