Libby brings more than 10 years of experience in Public Relations, Public Affairs and digital media in both the public and private sectors. Previously, Libby served as assistant vice president for Public Affairs at New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) where she oversaw public relations, mainstream and digital media campaigns for the more than 60 startup and entrepreneurship initiatives launched by New York City across sectors ranging from media, technology and financial services, to nonprofits and fashion.
