This was followed by private equity and entrepreneurial ventures. His leadership as Managing Director of TCW provided significant impetus to that organization in public market products. Mr. Lowman recently joined London-based First Avenue Partners as a principal to focus on the alternative asset space, since institutions' asset allocations programs have seen a significant shift in this direction in the last few years.
