Mensa® and Chick-fil-A® to Challenge Young Minds This April

American Mensa and Chick-fil-A have teamed up to provide brain-teasing toys to Chick-fil-A's young customers this April.

Arlington, TX (Vocus) April 3, 2007 -- American Mensa and Chick-fil-A have teamed up to provide brain-teasing toys to Chick-fil-A's young customers this April. Starting April 2 and ending April 28, Chick-fil-A's 1,300 restaurants nationwide will feature challenging Mensa puzzles in their Kid's Meals.

The organizations have developed five sets of "Mensa for Kids" cards that challenge children age 4-8 in the areas of math and language. Each card provides two levels of questions that encourage families to interact to solve puzzles that relate to geography, sports, food, animals and secret codes.

"We couldn't find a better partner or provide a better example of Chick-fil-A's commitment to providing educational premiums that encourage family participation and discovery," said Steve Nedvidek, Chick-fil-A's Senior Manager of Stores Marketing.

"One of Mensa's primary purposes is to foster intelligence and these types of puzzles are a great way to keep children interested in learning," said Dr. John Sheehan, Development Officer of American Mensa. "It can be difficult for parents to find ways to keep kids intellectually stimulated and it's wonderful that companies like Chick-fil-A are offering families fun, educational materials."

Additional "Mensa for Kids" puzzles are available online at www.chick-fil-a.com, and a variety of games and activities may be found at www.mensaforkids.org.
