Design Visionaries CAD Training Classes Available Now

Design Visionaries expands its CAD education and training curriculum.

San Jose, CA (PRWEB) May 4, 2007 -- Design Visionaries, the expert in CAD education and training, announced expansion of its training program to include new courses in the San Jose, CA facility. Through this training, Design Visionaries will provide the students with the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in today's challenging engineering environment.

Attendees will be taught in an exciting, creative way--an informal style which also populates Design Visionaries' half-dozen best-selling textbooks. Students will be taught far beyond an academic use through the instructors' expert, hands-on knowledge of the software. Training covers the entire suite of NX software, transition training, Teamcenter, Pro/E, and more.

"The most important thing to learn about any CAD system is how you can use it to solve your real-world problems. Therefore, we use practical, real-world examples," according to Design Visionaries' president, Stephen Samuel.

"Wherever you are on the spectrum of design philosophy, from chunky solids to fully parametric, we have something for you," says Samuel. "We will draw on our experience, from one extreme to the other, to help you discover the techniques which work to your best advantage."

Upcoming Open Group Training Courses:

Transition to NX4    May 14-16, 2007        Cost: $1400

This class is appropriate for all people familiar with previous versions of UGS NX software. You will get up to speed with the latest and learn the new functionality in the next version of NX

Basic NX4-Modeling, Drafting and Assemblies May 28-June 1, 2007    Cost: $2800

Instead of breaking each subject into three separate classes, we combine them and teach in a natural, integrated style. When you're done with this class, you will be able to create machine parts from many industries, create come sculpted parts, do some analyses, draft parts to a basic level, and create intermediate-level assemblies.

Advanced NX4 June 11-15, 2007        Cost: $2800

In this class, we will leverage what you already know and streamline your path to becoming and advanced user. What does this mean to you? After this class, you will be able to create complex parametric models and complex explicit models aka "chunky solids."
