Homes For Our Troops to build a specially adapted home for severely wounded Colorado veteran.

Hartsel, CO (PRWEB) May 5, 2007 -- Homes for Our Troops Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Tom Benoit, will hold a press conference at the vacant lot located at 1392 Blacksmith Rd. Hartsel, CO 80449 on May 5th at 2PM to announce the beginning of this building project.

Homes For Our Troops, a non-profit organization that provides specially adapted homes for severely wounded veterans, announced today that a groundbreaking ceremony will take place to mark the beginning of a home building project for a severely wounded Sgt Christopher Fesmire.

Sgt Fesmire lost both of his legs when a land mine exploded under his HMMWV in AlQaim, Iraq. Because of their love for Colorado and Chris' love of snow sports, they have moved from California to Colorado. Chris and his wife have purchased property in Hartsel, CO, and we are building them a specially adapted home.

Tom Benoit, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Homes for Our Troops would like to extend an invitation to your organization to share in this event with Sgt. Fesmire and his wife.
