GrossiWeb, an Atlanta-based interactive marketing agency, recently announced its acquisition of Lagos-based IT services firm Neo-2.

The acquisition details were not fully released, but the deal includes a sizable ownership percentage of Neo-2 going to Stefano Grossi, Director of GrossiWeb. Fola Akinmolayan and Lanre Akinmusire will continue to maintain ownership in Neo-2 as well as becoming co-directors of GrossiWeb's Custom Application Development product line.
