"As a college student, I participated in many student teams, but the experience was seldom a productive one," says Dr. Johns. "After making the transition from college student to college professor, I was determined that the positive outcomes of cooperative learning and teamwork be achieved by my students." High-Powered Teams is the result of Dr. Johns work with hundreds of student teams over the past 20 years.
