The purpose of this fund is to make investments in commercial real estate properties that are located in the western United States, particularly in the state of Arizona.

CS Real Estate Partners, based in Mesa, Arizona, is owned by various real estate investors, including Superstition Investments, LLC, and is managed by CS Capital, Inc, a commercial real estate investment and management firm. Russell Sewell and Brian Copper, the principals of CS Capital, are also the founding and managing partners of the CS Real Estate Partners Fund.

Over the past four years, Mr. Sewell participated in 10 financings in seven companies and oversaw three reorganizations. He was the Founding Manager and Managing Partner of Aspen Grove Ventures, an information technology venture capital firm. He was also the Managing Director at Red Rock Capital Group, LLC, a venture-capital firm in Provo, Utah, and held senior positions at Strategic Capital Management, Inc., where he was responsible for trading and allocating a $150 million portfolio. Sewell has a B.A in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from the Marriott School of Business Management at Brigham Young University

He was also a senior manager at KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Cropper holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
