Label and Packaging Manufacturer Announces Change in Ownership

Art Bakshian, who started the company in 1980, has sold Ace Label Systems to three partners. Company intends to continue superior service and quality, and expand the company's label systems, die cut converting and packaging product offering.

Art Bakshian, who started Ace Label Systems back in 1980 and has grown the company to where it is today has retired and sold the company to three partners, Barbara Wilk, Darrell Wilk and Sam Bakshian.

Darrell Wilk is assuming responsibility as President. He will also manage marketing and the rep field sales organization; Barbara Wilk is CEO and will manage key accounts and government sales; Sam Bakshian is continuing his role as Vice-President and General Manager. Sam will remain responsible for the company's operations.
