ProKarma Awarded SAS 70 Type I Certification

The audit examined ProKarma’s controls as they relate to information technology and other related processes.

For this audit, ProKarma retained the services of independent auditing firm Grant Thornton, a global audit firm. Grant Thornton tested the operating effectiveness of internal controls for ProKarma’s Utility Invoice Management Process (ProUtility (http://www.prokarma.com/products_proutility.htm?)) including, but not limited to, data collection, data verification, data security, network security, and data transmission.
