"Completing the renovation in four phases has enabled us to keep the hotel open to the public, while working to improve the look, feel, and actual amount of space available to our guests."

Phase 1 of the renovation involved expansion by adding six Executive Suites to the Nashville airport hotel, giving it a total of 12 suites available for business or vacation travel guests. Phase 2 updated existing space, including upgrades to Albert's Lounge with beautiful hardwood floors, a black granite bar, flat screen televisions, and wrought iron gating surrounding the seating area. Phase 3 refreshed the Capitol Ballroom and smaller "city" rooms, which are named after four large neighboring cities -- Jackson, Memphis, Chattanooga and Knoxville. These rooms were updated and modernized with colorful carpeting, sconces, wallpaper and moveable "air" walls, which make these room versatile in accommodating different types of meetings and events.

Phase 4 is still underway, and involves renovating the Nashville ballroom and foyer. This final stage in the renovation of the Nashville hotel will be completed by Labor Day. "This renovation will make all our meeting areas more beautiful and professional to our corporate and association meeting planners and ensures that their meeting goals will be met and surpassed with our award winning service 'Nashville Style'," said Kintzler.
