As a member of the operational board, Chris will be responsible for all of the company's delivery centres starting with India but spreading to other countries as we expand.

Chris will ensure that our recruitment processes and systems remain robust and scalable to allow us to capitalise on our market positioning. He will also be expanding the Client Account Manager team and manage our training programmes to secure maximum productivity across all operating units.

Chris joins us from one of our clients, Investis Ltd, where he was Operations Director responsible amongst other things for establishing the Investis India team with Quickstart Global. Prior to that, Chris built Organic Online's nearshore operation in Canada, spent a number of years at global HR consulting firm Watson Wyatt and worked for Oracle Corporation.
