Based on the popular book of the same name by Russ Lombardo, "CyberSelling - Using CRM Technology to Help You Sell", this seminar will present to business and sales executives the three key ingredients for improving their sales; Sales Processes, Selling Skills and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Technology. Attendees at this complimentary, but invitation-only, seminar will be introduced to the latest selling skills - from cold calling to closing the sale, and even customer retention after the sale.
