Breast Cancer Care Selects Infor SunSystems from Sapphire

Sapphire Systems today announced that it is to supply and implement the SunSystems financial management and reporting solution along with the iPOS spend control solution at Breast Cancer Care.

Breast Cancer Care (BCC) conducted a competitive tendering process before appointing Sapphire to provide an integrated financial system comprising accounting, spend control and expense management.

Mike Pattison, Project Manager at BCC, who conducted the software search and selection process, outlined the organisations' requirement for a new and improved solution: "BCC has been experiencing rapid growth and increasingly complex processing requirements - not to mention the increased demands of reporting under SORP 2005. The existing financial software wasn't up to the job. The key objectives for this project are to increase the reliability and quality of data processing, to make information more accessible to staff, to permit integration with other systems and to accommodate the future growth of the organisation."
