Photos.aero Photography and Writing Contest

Photos.aero (http://www.photos.aero) is to hold its very first Photography and Writing Contest.

San José, Costa Rica (PRWEB) May 25, 2007 -- As a way to give back to its loyal members, Photos.aero has prepared a Photography and Writing Contest for which its members can win an autographed digital camera.

Photos.aero founder and aviation photographer, Melvin Pereira, is always seeking for a way to bring life and lots of fun to his website. Melvin's personal input to every detail in this website is reflected with each and every response from all members in the Photos.aero community. One of the things which Mr. Pereira always finds rewarding is that the Photos.aero member is constant in his or her dedication and desire to help the website improve and become the best of its kind.

This is why Photos.aero will launch a great photography and writing contest in which its members will have a chance to show off the best of their talents. The winner of each contest will receive an autographed digital camera from notorious aviation spotters Sam Chui and Daryl Chapman.

Both Sam Chui and Daryl Chapman, after much convincing, agreed to depart from their beloved Nikon D100 and Canon 350D respectively, and have their names immortalized on the winner's trophy.

Mr. Pereira stated, "I have always been a strong believer that photographers, or spotters, should receive something in return for their dedication and commitment to this lifestyle. Without their feedback and collaboration, Photos.aero would not be in the position it is today."

Photos.aero recently held the Puerto Rico Air Show Photography contest in which Felix Bahamonde came out triumphant. Once Mr. Bahamonde received his prize the next day, the Photos.aero staff was certain of the success of these activities.

Photos.aero's very first Photography and Writing Contest will begin this coming June 2nd, 2007. Rules will be posted at Photos.aero (http://www.photos.aero) this Thursday, May 24th.
