New Hurricane Product, waterBOB, Provides 100 Gallons of Emergency Drinking Water for any Home The waterBOB™ is a water containment system that holds up to 100 gallons of fresh drinking water in any standard bathtub in the event of an emergency. Constructed of heavy duty food grade plastic, the waterBOB™ keeps water fresh and clean for drinking, cooking, washing and flushing. Clearwater, FL (PRWEB) June 1, 2007 -- On the first day of Hurricane Season 2007, Way Safe Florida Inc. introduces the waterBOB™, a disposable water containment device that stores fresh drinking water in the event of a hurricane.
The waterBOB™ can be used in any standard bathtub and stores up to 100 gallons of fresh drinking water for up to two weeks. Water stored in an open bathtub, with dirt, soap film and exposure to debris will spoil and become useless.
A disaster such as a hurricane, tropical or winter storm, tornado, earthquake or flood can easily cause a water main break, power outage and flood conditions that can contaminate or totally interrupt your supply of safe drinking water. It is during these conditions the waterBOB™ may be used for emergency water storage (http://www.waterbob.com). Water stored in the waterBOB™ can be used for drinking, cooking, washing and flushing.
Others uses for the waterBOB™ include RVs and campers for extra water storage and homes and cabins in remote areas where it is difficult to gather fresh drinking water.
The waterBOB™ is very easy to use. Simply lay the liner in any standard bathtub, attach the fill sock to the faucet and fill the bladder to capacity, which takes approximately 20 minutes. A siphon pump is included to easily dispense the water into jugs or pitchers.
The waterBOB™ is constructed of a durable, heavy duty 10 mil food grade plastic that is FDA compliant for food storage. After a one time use the waterBOB™ is completely disposable and recyclable. The waterBOB™ can be purchased at their website, www.waterbob.com
