Department of Public Safety Launches the First of the Kind Credentialing Vault System The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety has partnered with Intelligent Documents Solutions "IDS," an Alpharetta corporate citizen, to design a first of its kind, state of the art credentialing system -- the Public Safety Vault™. The Public Safety Vault™ addresses many important issues that personnel encounter in the Public Safety sector. The vault holds all public safety certificates, credentials, records and reports on training, stores critical information for families of fallen heroes and even helps municipalities meet the impending Federal NIMS mandate.
The Alpharetta Department of Public Safety Training Division has been working in a close partnership with IDS to customize the Vault System to fit the needs of not only our department, but Public Safety Departments across the country. The creation of the Alpharetta Public Safety Vault System was designed to support Firefighters, 911 Operators, and Police Officers while also enhancing quality control of daily operations to service the public.
