Culinary Management Group (CMG) hires new architect to head up CMG’s design department.

CMG announced that with CMG’s broad expansion plan moving forward at a rapid pace, they have recently negotiated a much-needed partnership with local architect Adolph Pereira.

Culinary Management Group (CMG), Inc. announced that with CMG’s broad expansion plan moving forward at a rapid pace, the Southern California based boutique firm has recently negotiated a much-needed partnership with local architect Adolph Pereira.

Pereira specializes in architecture, interior design, and food service design and project management for restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality venues. Pereira is expected to provide innovative design solutions for a broad range of needs both nationally and internationally. His creative strengths range from concept idealization, concept design, schematic and design development, construction documents and construction administration.

Pereira has been active in the field of architecture and design since 1984. He brings strong and extensive expertise in architecture, design, concept development and project management to the restaurant and hospitality design industry. His national and international design experience includes theme parks, full service restaurants and chain restaurants. Pereira’s construction and project management skills allow for extensive on-site project management and design coordination.
