eDynaQuote™ Purchased By Vista Auctions

eDynaQuote™, the Erie-based provider of Internet competitive bidding services owned by the Center for eBusiness and Advanced Information Technology (eBizITPA), has been purchased by Vista Auctions, LLC, a State College, Pa. company with principals in San Diego, Calif. and Tarrytown, N.Y. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

(PRWEB) July 2, 2007 -- Proceeds from the sale will be used to help finance services of eBizITPA, which is an economic development initiative that offers training and resources to help enterprises apply e-business technology to business processes. A team within eBizITPA created eDynaQuote™ in 2003, then converted it to a free-standing entity and offered it for acquisition in 2006. The purchase was brokered by Prima Problem Solving, Inc., of Pittsburgh, Pa.
