In this role, he will be actively involved in the development of property marketing, valuation analysis, market research, and other corporate activities.
Prior to joining The Mumford Company, he received professional real estate experience as a site acquisition specialist with Automotive Development Group of Denver, Colorado. Greg's responsibilities included site selection and due diligence for 20+ qualified sites per year as well as research and preparation of statistical and marketing data. Greg also worked to develop an innovative site evaluation assessment and selection criteria model, for all acquisitions, which was adopted by other clients. Previously, Greg worked for Newark InOne of Denver, a distributor of electronic parts.
As a graduate of University of Denver, Daniels College of Business he received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Political Science. He also holds a real estate license from the Jones Real Estate School which is affiliated with the University of Denver.
