Network Mortgage Services Adds David Lane to its Retail Lending Team

Lynnwood-Based Network Mortgage Services adds to Staff and creates Builder Services Group.

(PRWEB) July 17, 2007 -- David Lane, of Lynnwood, has joined the staff of Network Mortgage Services, Inc. as a Senior Loan Consultant. He will head the company's newly formed Builder Services Unit.

Lane began his mortgage career with Lane Mortgage Company in 1988, under the direction of his uncle, Robert Lane, after three years in real estate sales. The family has maintained a presence in the mortgage and real estate industry dating back to 1949. Lane's father, Thurston Lane and another uncle, Lafa Lane, Jr., started the original Ballard Mortgage Company back in 1955.

Network Mortgage, founded in 1987, is privately held, and is the only independently owned mortgage banking company headquartered in Lynnwood. The company originates loans in seven states through both a retail loan center and a wholesale lending channel and maintains approvals from HUD, VA, multiple institutional investors and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac).
