NYKB's Perry Hiiman Announces New Chief Operating Officer

Veteran contractor Leo Mitilineos joining the executive ranks at NYKB.

This announcement is largely in recognition of Mr. Mitilineos' valuable contributions as an NYKB field manager. New York City's kitchen and bath remodeling sector is booming and this position was created to help manage NYKB's rapid expansion. Mr. Mitilineos will continue to report to Perry Hiiman, the firm's owner and President. Said Mr Hiiman: "Leo is NYKB's 'go-to' guy. Mr. Mitilineos, 32, joined NYKB in 2006. He previously was the proprietor of his own contracting firm, Deco Builders. As Chief Operating Officer Mr. Mitilineos will be given additional supervisory duties to oversee all NYKB projects.
