(PRWEB) August 9, 2007 -- The Law Offices of Edmunds & Claery, LLP has received yet another favorable decision from the Department of the Army in a Military Discharge case. On July 11, 2007, case Number AR20060017195 was decided by the Army Discharge Review Board in favor of the client represented by Mr. Alan Edmunds.

Attorney Alan Edmunds appeared in Washington, D.C in front of the Army Discharge Review Board on behalf of his client. This was a case involving an isolated incidence of drug use. Allegations included the use and distribution of narcotics. As a result of these allegations the client received an Other than Honorable discharge from the Army.

Mr. Edmunds produced documents such as drug screens, letters of recommendation and certificates of achievement. The Army Discharge Review Board accepted Attorney Edmunds' arguments as well as evidence produced by the client and found that the discrediting entry in the client's service record had been effectively mitigated. The Army Discharge Review Board granted relief to the client in the form of an upgrade of his discharge to fully honorable.
