DecisionOne Becomes An Authorized Warranty Delivery Provider For HP Products

DecisionOne Corporation today announced it has become an Authorized Warranty Delivery Provider (AWDP) for HP storage and printer products nationwide.

DecisionOne Corporation today announced it has become an Authorized Warranty Delivery Provider (AWDP) for HP storage and printer products nationwide.
The technology support services company has been providing warranty services for HP products for more than ten years on a boutique basis in select markets as a Customer-Selected Service Provider (CSSP). DecisionOne’s new AWDP status extends the company’s reach and will enable it to respond to customers faster.

As an AWDP, DecisionOne will also be able to service any customer regardless of size and volume of equipment under warranty and can provide HP warranty support to any customer simply based on the active warranty status of the serial number on the product(s).

Currently, twelve DecisionOne customers are being serviced as part of the AWDP program, with customers being added on a weekly basis. In addition to being authorized nationwide as an HP service partner for in-warranty items, DecisionOne also offers customers enhanced support services for Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs) and additional, cost-effective services beyond the HP standard warranty. DecisionOne will also continue to seamlessly support all HP products beyond warranty under its post-warranty maintenance support program.
