BIODIESEL Production with the New SAVOIA BD4 Modules Small biodiesel plants with modular design, high temeperature reaction for the best yield, to produce from 50 to 1000 gal/day. Buenos Aires (PRWEB) August 10, 2007 -- ABATEC SA announces the release of the new SAVOIA BD-4 reactors family, for producing up to 4000 L/day (over 1200 T/year) of high quality methylester and valuable glycerol.
Main features added: - New on line heaters in a separated box - Improved mixer with higher violence - Full isolation on top and cone - Screw type dispenser for the catalyzer - Dimensions BD4 reactor: 1 x 1 x 2,2 m, 180 kg weight - Densimeter and viscosimeter in a separated box for BD fast testing
The new modules use the well proven BD JET protocol, and the scope included is as follows:
* M24, for 2400 L/day - 1 (One) BD2-D dryer for 150-200 L/h of oil - 1 (One) BD4-E thermotank, storing up to 480 L of warm dryied oil - 1 (One) BD4 reactor for 400 L/batch - 2 (Two) BD4-E pressurized, isolated decanters - 1 (One) BD2-F centrifugal filter for particle size 0.5 micron - 1 (One) SA-T pendular compressor, 1.5 HP, for oilless and dry air
* M32, for 3200 L/day - 1 (One) BD2-D dryer for 150-200 L/h of oil - 1 (One) BD4-E thermotank, storing up to 480 L of warm dryied oil - 1 (One) BD4 reactor for 400 L/batch - 3 (Three) BD4-E pressurized, isolated decanters - 1 (One) BD2-F centrifugal filter for particle size 0.5 micron - 1 (One) SA-T pendular compressor, 1.5 HP, for oilless and dry air
* M40, for 4000 L/day - 1 (One) BD2-D dryer for 150-200 L/h of oil - 1 (One) BD4-E thermotank, storing up to 480 L of warm dryied oil - 1 (One) BD4 reactor for 400 L/batch - 4 (four) BD4-E pressurized, isolated decanters - 2 (two) BD2-F centrifugal filter for particle size 0.5 micron - 1 (One) SA-T pendular compressor, 1.5 HP, for oilless and dry air

** Warranty: 12 months
- Production can be increased w/o any limit by placing parallel M40 units.
