Cappex.com Announces $5,000 College Scholarship

Cappex College Scholarship is largest scholarship offered yet by Web site where colleges apply to students.

Highland Park, IL (PRWEB) August 16, 2007 -- As students head back to school, Cappex.com has good news for next year's college freshman class. High school students may now apply for the Cappex College Scholarship, a $5,000 award open to all students with a free profile on Cappex.com.

Also announced today are three more major-specific scholarships from Cappex. There is one college scholarship (http://www.cappex.com/scholarships) each for a student with an intended major in English, education or political science.

The awards further strengthen Cappex's commitment to ensuring students find the best college fit. Cappex is awarding 26 scholarships worth $25,000 through January of next year.

To qualify, students need only fill out a profile at www.cappex.com/scholarships. Students with a 2.0 GPA or better can qualify and apply through the fall semester.

One profile allows students to apply for multiple scholarships with the click of a mouse.

In addition to being eligible for the scholarships, Cappex students will also hear about colleges seeking students just like them.
