GAGEMOUNT now covers a very broad range of capacities from 20 to 300 tons and is ideal for the economic conversion of tanks, hoppers and silos into weighing systems.

Solution for optimum weighing performance

The 200t and 300t GAGEMOUNT weigh modules consist of the 0782 load cell and upper and lower mounting plates with integral hardened receivers that ensure optimum load introduction. The 0782 load cell has welded hermetic construction to ensure long lifetime and precision. The 200t GAGEMOUNT weigh module is available in nickel plated mild steel or stainless steel, while the 300t module is available in nickel plated mild steel. There is also a shipping/installation bracket that holds the module together during shipping and aligns the parts correctly for installation. All horizontal checking and anti-uplift protection, if required, must be applied external to the 200t and 300t GAGEMOUNT weigh modules to ensure stability of the scale.
