Lots of sites exist on the internet -- some with good advice for bodybuilders and some not so good, but this is the first time that an international legend of the sport will be spilling the beans. What makes the advice even better is that Francis has been showing extreme longevity in the sport, a very uncommon trait in this high-demand sport. He has achieved this through maintaining balance in all things. Francis has also been a competitive showjumper in his lifetime and still enjoys horse-riding to relax.

Francis has made a competitive comeback in 2006, doing extremely well for an 48 year old athlete.
